Student Associations
Student associations offer multiple ways for you to become involved and stay connected with your peers and others in the School and at the University. Through these associations, you can make positive and invaluable contributions to our faculty.

School of Public Health Students' Association
The School of Public Health Students’ Association (SPHSA) is a student run organization that serves as an academic and social support system for students. We serve as a liaison between students and administration of the School.
We are here to ensure that you have the best possible experience as a student.

University of Alberta Graduate Students' Association
We encourage our students to be connected not only within their own graduate student association, but also to the Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) at the University of Alberta.
The GSA is a student-run, not-for-profit organization, and the official representative body for all master's and PhD students at the University of Alberta. It represents over 7,000 graduate students for the University of Alberta’s Board of Governors and other decision-making bodies.
